Derived from milk, these giant Micelle XL™ protein molecules are metabolised at an even slower rate than your standard micellar casein. The outcome of this is a prolonged release of amino acids. This makes Micelle XL™ the perfect protein companion for use as a night time supplement, when traditionally the muscle would be in a catabolic state. With 21g of protein per serving and just 0.5g of fat, Micelle XL™ is suitable for a range of training plans and goals.
