What is Protein Cookie Mix?
Everyone loves a good Protein Cookie, but do you ever wish you could customise your own without buying 12 different ingredients? Well, now you can thanks to our product development experts! We’ve taken all of the confusion and hassle out of high protein baking and brought you something really innovative in the process with our Protein Cookie Mix. All you need to do is add the wet ingredients, mix, and bake. Then get ready to devour the results!
Who is Protein Cookie Mix suitable for?
This dry cooking mix is suitable for individuals of all ages looking to get started in the world of high protein baking. Each 200g batch produces 8-12 cookies (depending on how large you make them) which can be ready in as little as 15 minutes. Each 25g serving of powder packs in over 7.5g of protein, whilst being significantly lower in sugar and fat than traditional supermarket alternatives. Our Protein Cookie Mix is also high in fibre, with each 25g serving providing over 2g fibre, some of which is from Isomalto-oligosaccharides.
The hardest part of making your own cookies will be deciding on which of our three fantastic flavours to choose. Do you go for Chocolate, Toffee Fudge or White Chocolate & Raspberry?
Please note that the labelling on this product is provided in English as a minimum. French, Italian, German, Spanish, Danish, Swedish and Finnish may also be present on a product by product basis.
Mixing Instructions
*Please take note that the recommended temperature setting may differ depending on the type and efficiency of the oven or microwave used.
- Pre heat oven to 180C / 350F
- Weigh out 200g of cookie mix into a mixing bowl
- Next fold in 50g melted butter, 30g runny honey and 40ml skimmed milk
- With a wooden spoon, mix until cookie dough-like consistency.
- Line a flat baking tray with grease proof paper and spread Myprotein coconut oil over
- Sprinkle a dash of flour over surface and then add 1 tbsp of mixture into your hand and roll the mixture into a ball
- Place the cookie on the tray and press down with the back of a fork
- Bake on the middle shelf for 7-10 minutes, the cookies should still be slightly soft when pressed
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes & enjoy

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. This product is intended to be used alongside and active lifestyle and a balanced diet. Not suitable for vegetarians.
