What is Creatine Gluconate?
Creatine Gluconate is a molecule of creatine bonded to a molecule of glucose. When these two molecules are combined, the result is a form of creatine that is absorbed in much the same way as glucose. This means an advanced amount of creatine can arrive at your muscle, increasing all the usual benefits of normal creatine.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. With Creatine Gluconate, the glucose molecules act as your transportation system giving you an increased absorption of creatine in to the muscle.

Creatine Gluconate is ideal for anyone taking part in successive bouts of short-term, high intensity exercise, and is looking to increase overall performance and recovery.
The dietary choices of all our customers are extremely important to us. Whilst this product is manufactured using ingredients and processing aids suitable for the vegan diet, please note that dairy powders are also used within the same production facility and cross contamination may occur at very small levels.
Please note that the labelling on this product is provided in English as a minimum. French, Italian, German, Spanish, Danish, Swedish and Finnish may also be present on a product by product basis.
Add 3g to water, shake and consume. Use 1-2 times daily preferably directly before and after exercise. After 8 weeks of continued use take 1 week off and start cycle again.
Note: We advise that all servings are measured using an accurate set of scales. While we make every attempt to provide an accurate equivalent measure using our Myprotein scoops, these are only approximate and are not a substitute for using a standardised measuring device.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. This product is a food supplement and therefore should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool dry place, out of the reach of young children.
