DIET:GEL is a unique concentrated gel that helps promote weight loss, as part of a calorie restricted diet, through the active ingredient Glucomannan. Glucomannan is a water-soluble dietary fibre that is derived from konjac root which promotes the feeling of fullness when consumed.
In addition to the benefits of Glucomannan, DIET:GEL also contains L Carnitine and Green Tea Extract which are highly regarded ingredients within the weight loss category.
For best results consume 1 sachet 30 to 60 minutes before eating a meal by adding the gel to a glass of water and consuming to encourage a feeling of fullness.

Whilst this product is manufactured using ingredients and processing aids suitable for the vegan diet, please note that dairy powders are also used within the same production facility and cross contamination may occur at very small levels.
