What is Fermented L Leucine Powder?
Fermented L Leucine Powder is produced using a microbial fermentation process. Just like our standard L Leucine, Fermented L Leucine Powder is around eight percent of the total amino acid count in your body's protein structures. Leucine is an essential amino acid, meaning it cannot be synthesised by the body, therefore it must be consumed from dietary sources. With the main dietary source of Leucine coming from nuts, brown rice and whole wheat foods, Fermented L Leucine Powder is the perfect alternative to ensure a high amino acid intake.

How to take?
Add 5 grams (2 MP small scoops) of Fermented L Leucine Powder to 300-400ml of water and mix. To mix things up try adding to your favourite fruit juice or why not even try adding to MypreTMfor a potent combination?
