Evening Primrose Oil is a popular plant extract that is widely used, and is a great source of linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid that contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels - when  a daily dose of 10g is consumed. Essential fatty acids like linoleic acid cannot be produced by the body and must be consumed in your diet.

Each softgel provides 719mg of Linoleic Acid and is therefore a cost-effective and convenient way to reach your daily target amount.
