What is IBCAA Elite

IBCAA Elite is batch tested through the Informed Sport programme within the framework of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and maintains ISO 17025 accreditation, which gives assurance that this product has been tested for any prohibited substances.

IBCAA powder is an instant mixing formula that contains 3 of the essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. These unique amino acids contribute to approximately 35% of muscle mass and cannot be synthesised by the body. Therefore, these branched chain amino acids must be provided through the diet and unlike other amino acids, they are metabolised directly into the muscle tissue.
