What is Diet Casein?

Many diet proteins use whey, a quickly absorbed source of protein, as the main ingredient. Our industry first Diet Casein however, features three slow-release proteins - Micellar Casein, Micellar Whey Protein, and Micelle XL™.

We’ve also added four popular diet ingredients - glucomannan powder, choline bitartrate, CLA and green tea extract to help you achieve your goals.

Why use Diet Casein?

Each serving provides 21g of slow-release protein, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. It also contains glucomannan, which is a dietary fibre that can support weight loss when combined with an energy restricted diet. ^†  

It also contains:

• CLA powder - Naturally occurring fatty acid derived from safflower oil
• Green Tea Extract - Provides polyphenols, important micronutrients for our diet
• Inulin - Naturally sweet and provides a source of fibre, while improving the texture of the shake

^† Glucomannan in the context of an energy restricted diet contributes to weight loss. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy restricted diet. WARNING: This product is not advised for individuals with swallowing difficulties or for those ingesting with inadequate fluid intake - ensure each dose is taken with 1-2 glasses of water to ensure the substance reaches the stomach.
