What are L Carnitine Shots?

L Carnitine Shots provide a combination of Acetyl-L-Carnitine and L-Carnitine Tartrate in a 60ml easy-to-consume drink. The Carnitine Shots come in two great tasting flavours and provide over 3g of carnitine per 60ml shot. Each Carnitine Shot also provides 1g of added Beta Alanine and 1.4g of Choline Citrate.

L Carnitine Shots are recommended for anyone looking to increase their daily intake of Carnitine with the addition of Beta Alanine and Choline, in one great tasting shot. It is advised to consume 1 L Carnitine Shot (60ml) on an empty stomach 45-60 minutes prior to your workout for optimal effects.
