These Protein Puddings provide 15g of protein per serving, sourced from milk protein which will contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
They are also low in fat and sugar, providing just 1g of sugar and 2g of fat per 100g which is 70% less fat and 95% sugar than a typical ready-to-eat vanilla dessert.
