The Venus Globe Gripz™ have a smaller diameter compared to the Earth Globe Gripz™ and are measured at 63mm in diameter making them particularly ideal for women or for those with smaller hands. The Venus Globe Gripz™ are ergonomically designed to better distribute load across the whole hand, improving comfortabilty.

Globe Gripz™ Venus are made from high-grade elastomer polymer, which ensures they will not split or crack and are wipe clean and are designed for use with generic standard (1”) and Olympic (2”) bars, cable handles, and dumbbells.

They can be fitted in seconds and can be used comfortably with all types of bars, measuring 25mm to 32mm in diameter. Perfect for using your favoured pitching or bowling grip to perform sports-specific weighted exercises and for grappling-style work such as MMA.
