Dr Zak’s Protein Bread is a fantastic replacement to normal wheat bread and provides 30g of protein per 2 slices. The protein in the bread is sourced from a combination of wheat protein isolate and pea protein isolate and the wheat flour used is from wholemeal flour making it is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
Dr Zak’s High Protein Bread is great tasting and perfect for anyone looking to increase their daily protein intake. This bread goes perfect with other high protein foods, various spreads / butters or simply on its own.
Each serving (2 slices) of Dr Zak’s High Protein Bread provides 30g of protein which will contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
In addition to boosting your protein intake, bread is also known as one of many foods rich in iodine - a chemical element that contributes to the brain function*, which we think is pretty smart!
Iodine-rich foods also contribute to the normal growth of children; a perfect excuse to use high-protein bread for meal prep and the kids lunch boxes.
