What are the Myvitamins Performance Effervescent Tablets?
Myvitamins Performance Effervescent Tablets are dissolvable tablets containing a unique blend of electrolytes to support hydration and performance. Each tablet provides a combination of Zinc, Potassium, Magnesium, and Calcium, as well as a blend of Vitamin B1, B2 and B6 all in one tablet. These tablets come in two fantastic flavours (blackcurrant and lemon) and just need to be added to water.

We recommend adding 1 tablet to 250ml of cold water. Wait 1 minute for the tablet to fully effervesce and then consume immediately.
