What is Creatine AKG?

Creatine AKG is an exciting new addition to our leading Creatine range. Offering all the benefits of standard creatine monohydrate and more, creatine AKG is composed of Creatine molecules bound to Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AKG).

Creatine has been extensively studied for its application to power based sports and continues to be a staple supplement amongst bodybuilders and athletes. One serving of Creatine AKG will provide over 3g of creatine, which increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise.

Alpha-Ketoglutarate is best known for its use in preworkout supplements and nitric oxide boosters, where it is bound to the amino acid Arginine. AKG is an intermediate of the Krebs Cycle, a complex process in the body involved in energy production.

How to take Creatine AKG

Creatine AKG is the ideal supplement if you regularly take part in high intensity exercise, and to reap the benefits of this supplement add two heaped small scoops (7g) to 300ml water or fruit juice each day.

Please note that the labelling on this product is provided in English as a minimum. French, Italian, German, Spanish, Danish, Swedish and Finnish may also be present on a product by product basis.
